Check-In And Check-Out Times
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. You may check out by television, express check-out or traditional check-out at the front desk.

When you stay at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, you'll receive free* Universal Express Unlimited™ to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay. Your room key is your Universal Express Unlimited™ Pass and is valid from the time it's issued to you until Universal Orlando Resort theme parks close on the day of your check-out/departure. Separate theme park admission is required.

Deposit Requirements
The credit card will be charged within five business days of the booking date, and the deposit is equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Arrivals within five days of booking will have their credit card charged upon hotel check-in. Full cancellation policies apply.

Accepted Forms of Payment
For reservation deposits, cash and traveler's checks are not accepted. Once you arrive at Universal Orlando Resort, any additional hotel charges may be paid with the following forms of payment (plus cash and traveler's checks):
